We aim to always stay true to our idea of acting responsibly in order to leave a positive impact on the earth and to enhance and brighten up your everyday life with our pieces.

MADE IN BARCELONA

All of our manufacturing is done exclusively in barcelona, which allows for a transparent production chain. We work with individual jewelers and artisans from barcelona who make each piece by hand. By keeping production local, we are supporting small businesses and reducing our potential carbon footprint instead of outsourcing. To become and be more environmentally-friendly business, we are using recycled materials as gold and work with a 100% certified recycled sterling silver. Any leftovers from the production are collected and reused in future manufacturing.

 

PACKAGING​

We are always thinking on a way to only send you our beautiful pieces in reusable packaging. Our packaging is all recycled, upcycled, compostable and/or recycled materials. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase. 

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition
- Be returned with all original tags attached

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please write us an e-mail to start the return process. 

Products purchased on sale or on promotion  are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Please note that bespoke jewellery or any piece with personalization, such as an engraving, added are not eligible for a return. (Such pieces can, however, be cancelled within 7 days of the initial order being placed.)

Albert Coll reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

We ask that you initiate your return as follows:

  • Request a Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing info@albertcoll.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
  • You will then receive a return authorisation and return instructions.
  • Return the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer


Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@albertcoll.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
