As each of our rings are made to order, please refer to our size chart to make sure our ring fits you perfectly.

Size Guide

Whether you're buying a silver or gold ring, we understand the importance of getting the ring size right.
1. Measure your ring from the inside.

Take a ring you already have as a reference.
Measure the diameter of the ring from end to end in a straight line.
Use the following ring size guide to find your size.  

2. Measure your finger

Wrap a strip of paper, string, or thread around your finger.
Make sure it is snug but not tight.
Then make a mark on the edge of the thread, paper, or string and measure the distance with a ruler.
The table above will reveal your size.

When should I measure my finger?

Before measuring the finger on which you will wear your custom-made ring, please ensure the following:
1. Do not measure a finger when it is cold or too hot as this can have a significant effect on a ring size. 
2. For an accurate reading, measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is larger.
 

Choosing the correct size

Your ring should fit your finger comfortably. It should be snug enough so that it won't fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. If you are hesitating between two sizes, we tend to recommend that you choose the larger.Please make sure your order the correct size. ​

Buying the ring as a gift?

If you are buying the ring as a gift, ask a close friend or family member if they know the correct size or have a ring that fits perfectly that can be measured.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase. 

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition
- Be returned with all original tags attached

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please write us an e-mail to start the return process. 

Products purchased on sale or on promotion  are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Please note that bespoke jewellery or any piece with personalization, such as an engraving, added are not eligible for a return. (Such pieces can, however, be cancelled within 7 days of the initial order being placed.)

Albert Coll reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

We ask that you initiate your return as follows:

  • Request a Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing info@albertcoll.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
  • You will then receive a return authorisation and return instructions.
  • Return the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer


Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@albertcoll.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
