We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy alongside a 2-year warranty. With a valid proof of purchase, our atelier will gladly assist you with repairs, color updates, and material modifications within this two-year period.
Bespoke & Made to Order
Every Albert Coll creation is hand-forged in our Barcelona atelier. As each piece is exclusively made for you, please allow 7 to 10 days for your jewelry to be crafted and dispatched. We appreciate your patience as we bring your unique piece to life.
